Mortgages Team

Tom Joined us in July of 2023 as the new Sales Manager, and is responsible for managing the New Business Team.

Tom comes from a sales background in software and is now working to ensure our New Business team can best understand and provide the best solutions to our wide client base.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys golf, football, F1, and exploring what Guernsey has to offer as a newcomer to the island!

Travis has an extensive background in sales and experience in business management. His main role is to establish and maintain relationships with our clients and key counterparties.

He loves to have a chat and is always happy to have a call and catch up at any point, business or personal Travis is there at the end of the phone.

Josh has recently joined the New Business team as a Mortgage Executive, and is busy settling into life at RAW as well as building relationships with both new, and existing clients in our network.

With a background in the aviation industry, Josh joined us looking for a change of pace and chance to explore a new sector.

Josh's approachable nature means that he is always up for a chat, whether that's over the phone, on email or even LinkedIn!

Hugo initially joined us on our internship programme, and has since joined us full-time after completing his A-levels in July 2022.

Hugo holds A-levels, in Business Studies, Economics and Design and Technology.

In his spare time, Hugo is a Muay Thai fighter, and has competed in the annual 'The Lock-In'. He also enjoys running "anywhere and everywhere" and religiously cooking chilli.

Josh is responsible for analysis and risk management, helping ensure RAW Capital maintains delivery of consistent returns for investors. Josh works closely with our professional counterparties to ensure maintenance of good quality fund assets and high-quality service delivery. He is a member of the Credit Committee and acts as secretary to the Investment Committee.

Josh has experience in mortgage lending, private equity investing and currency hedging. He has developed expertise in database management and process improvement.

Kirsty joined RAW Capital Partners in 2020 as an Executive Assistant and provides support to the mortgage origination team.

Prior to joining RAW, Kirsty held various roles at NatWest, including personal mortgage adviser. Kirsty holds the Award in Financial Administration from the Chartered Insurance Institute and has received her CeMAP qualification.

Kirsty enjoys long-distance running when she's not running around after her 4-year-old daughter.

Heather first joined RAW Capital Partners in 2021 under our Internship Programme and has since become a full-time member of the team.

Heather recently completed her A-levels in Business Studies, Psychology and Sociology at the Guernsey Grammar School and Sixth Form Centre. 

In her spare time, Heather enjoys meeting with friends, going for walks, and in the future, she wants to travel.    

Diana recently joined us in February 2023 as a Mortgage Executive and is part of our Loan Execution Team.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from Plymouth College of Art, and ran two photography studios as well as her own dog walking company prior to joining RAW.

Diana joined us shortly after returning to Guernsey craving a career change. In her spare time you can certainly find Diana at the beach in the water, training her dog, and spending time with her family.

Sophie joined RAW Capital Partners in April 2021 as a fund executive, predominantly to support the RAW finance team.

Prior to taking time to raise a family, Sophie has more than 15 years’ experience in the investment management industry primarily in the hedge fund sector. Sophie also spent 5 years working for an institutional pension fund manager in Vancouver.

In her spare time Sophie enjoys running, swimming, and spending time on the beach with her family.

Julie joined RAW Capital Partners in 2021 as an Executive Assistant and provides support to the Client Servicing Team.

Before taking time out to raise a family, Julie worked at Barclays for seventeen years during which time, she covered a variety of roles including taking security for Personal and Corporate lending.

In her spare time Julie enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with the family.

Lee, our Client Service Manager, became an integral part of our team in December 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained over the past decade in various countries and esteemed organisations. Before joining us, Lee's professional journey included delivering comprehensive client services for a leading hospitality investor in South East Asia. His commitment to excellence extended to providing elevated services to his client base in Hong Kong. Since joining our team, Lee has been dedicated to mastering our processes and contributing to our collective success.
