Mortgages Team

Travis has an extensive background in sales and experience in business management. His main role is to establish and maintain relationships with our clients and key counterparties.

He loves to have a chat and is always happy to have a call and catch up at any point, business or personal Travis is there at the end of the phone.

Josh has recently joined the New Business team as a Mortgage Executive and is busy settling into life at RAW as well as building relationships with both new, and existing clients in our network.

With a background in the aviation industry, Josh joined us looking for a change of pace and chance to explore a new sector.

Josh's approachable nature means that he is always up for a chat, whether that's over the phone, on email or even LinkedIn!

Josh leads our lending execution team, and is responsible for delivery of consistent service working closely with our professional counterparties to ensure maintenance of good quality fund assets and high-quality service delivery. He is a member of the Credit Committee. 

Josh has experience in mortgage lending, private equity investing and currency hedging. He has developed expertise in database management and process improvement.

Kirsty joined RAW Capital Partners in 2020 as an Executive Assistant and provides support to the mortgage origination team.

Prior to joining RAW, Kirsty held various roles at NatWest, including personal mortgage adviser. Kirsty holds the Award in Financial Administration from the Chartered Insurance Institute and has received her CeMAP qualification.

Kirsty enjoys long-distance running when she's not running around after her 4-year-old daughter.

Heather first joined RAW Capital Partners in 2021 under our Internship Programme and has since become a full-time member of the team.

Heather recently completed her A-levels in Business Studies, Psychology and Sociology at the Guernsey Grammar School and Sixth Form Centre. 

In her spare time, Heather enjoys meeting with friends, going for walks, and in the future, she wants to travel.    

Szilvia is our finance manager with over 15 years of experience in financial management. Before transitioning to RAW Capital Partners, she spent nearly a decade working for a global company in the intelligence sector, where she developed a sharp analytical mindset and ability to handle complex financial data. Her unique blend of industry experience and personal interests makes her a dynamic and insightful leader of the finance team across our Guernsey and Southampton offices.

Julie joined RAW Capital Partners in 2021 as an Executive Assistant and provides support to the Client Servicing Team.

Before taking time out to raise a family, Julie worked at Barclays for seventeen years during which time, she covered a variety of roles including taking security for Personal and Corporate lending.

In her spare time Julie enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with the family.
