As Head of Credit, Mark is responsible for developing robust credit policies and processes, working closely with our teams and professional partners to maintain strong asset quality and high standards of service. He is a key member of the Credit Committee.
Mark brings over 40 years of experience in the banking sector, having held senior roles in both offshore and onshore credit departments. His previous positions saw him manage lending propositions relating to property, investments, and direct loans to funds and hedge funds. Prior to joining RAW Capital Partners in 2024, Mark served on multiple credit and risk committees, overseeing client file reviews for accounts categorised as PEP, high, or normal risk to maintain quality control. He has extensive expertise in loan recovery and operational risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines such as the Guernsey Financial Services Commission Handbook.
In addition to his responsibilities as Head of Credit, Mark also manages our Client Services team, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while managing borrower arrears.
In his spare time, Mark is a keen gardener and enjoys playing five a side football. Mark likes nothing more than to spend a weekend in London taking in a musical and enjoying what London has to offer.
