RAW Breaks £80million Milestone

The RAW Mortgage Fund ended 2020 having reached the landmark of £80 million investor capital. The Fund delivered net returns of 4.43% to institutional investors with very low volatility and 100% positive performance throughout the year.

“The Fund’s exceptional success in 2020 is testament to its resilience” says Tim Parkes, managing director of RAW Capital Partners, reflecting on the year of unprecedented circumstances. “In spite of the pandemic, we are delighted to say that the Fund’s performance has exceeded expectations”. We were also pleased to onboard five new institutional investors during the year and saw the Fund’s assets grow by more than 60%. The loan book underpinning the Fund grew from less than £50 million to £78.3m, 229 to 344 mortgage loans.

We look forward to what 2021 will bring as we approach the year with the same strategy and focus that has served our investors so well thus far, and with increasing momentum. We envisage another year of substantial further growth in 2021 and already have a number of institutional commitments.
