RAW Capital Partners is a specialist asset management business based in Guernsey. Our Vision is to provide financial security for investors through simple secure investment products.

For investors, the RAW Mortgage Fund has provided attractive and consistent risk-adjusted returns along with a high level of capital security since its launch in 2015. It is particularly attractive to insurance company balance sheet investors, as well as to other investors seeking to avoid volatility in investment returns.

Our specialist asset focus identifies low-risk mortgage lending opportunities secured on quality residential property located in major towns and cities in the British Isles. We secure all mortgages with a legal charge against the residential property and lend predominantly to UK Expats, non-UK residents, trust and company borrowers.

Early repayments

No early repayment charges (ERCs) associated with our mortgages. Instead, we charge a simple flat fee for each and every capital repayment.
