A look at the RAW Mortgage Fund's performance during H1 2023

The RAW Mortgage Fund ("the Fund") has continued to deliver attractive and consistent risk-adjusted returns to investors during 2023, along with a high level of capital security.

Its performance is derived from its underlying book of over 600 individual mortgage-backed loans, with an average LTV (loan-to-valuation) ratio of just 47%, worth over £140 million.

We approach the market going forward with the same strategy and focus that has served us so well to date, caution in the size of loan as a percentage of an independent property value and focus on investors with strong income surplus after expenses.

Our sights are now firmly set on growing the Fund to £1 billion in the years to come.
