Onboarding & Compliance Executive
We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially aware Customer Onboarding & Compliance Executive to support both the customer onboarding process and the ongoing strength of our risk and compliance framework. This role is based in the UK and forms part of our wider operational and compliance function supporting the business across jurisdictions.
This is a varied role sitting across the first and second lines of defence. You will manage customer due diligence and onboarding activities while also contributing to broader compliance and risk work, including monitoring, client file reviews, and regulatory oversight. Working closely with teams across the business, you will help ensure that new customer relationships are built on accuracy, sound judgement, and effective risk management.
You will bring either a strong academic background in a relevant field or experience within compliance, customer onboarding, or regulated financial services. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the confidence to assess and escalate risk appropriately will be key to success in the role.
This is an excellent opportunity to build broad experience across onboarding, compliance, and risk within a specialist lender, while playing a meaningful role in protecting the integrity of our business.
