Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially aware Onboarding Specialist to manage the full customer onboarding lifecycle and play a key role in protecting the integrity of our business.
You will bring experience in client due diligence or customer onboarding within a regulated environment, sound judgement in assessing and mitigating risk, and the confidence to provide clear, practical advice to colleagues.

Trainee Mortgage Executive
Looking to build a long-term career in financial services rather than just take your first job? This is an opportunity to join a specialist lender and learn how property finance works in practice while playing a real role in delivering it well.
As a Trainee Mortgage Executive, you will work at the heart of our lending operations, gaining exposure to live transactions and learning how documentation, credit processes and client communication fit together. You will develop a strong appreciation for accuracy, judgement and collaboration, and how these underpin a high-quality client experience.
Client service is central to the role. You will help respond to client and counterparty queries, ensure communication is clear and timely, and contribute to a smooth and professional journey throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
We are not looking for prior mortgage experience. We are looking for someone organised, reliable and eager to learn, who takes pride in detail and wants to grow in a professional environment. In return, you will receive structured on-the-job training, close support and a clear pathway to develop into a fully independent Mortgage Executive over time.
