Record 4-day completion!

A broker recently came to us with a panicked client with exchanged contracts, whose loan with a different lender had fallen through at the last minute. Completion was due in the next 4 days…

Our origination team were ready to take on a challenge and agreed to take on the case, terms were agreed and issued that same afternoon. Due to the imminent completion, Credit agreed that a desktop valuation would be sufficient, and both the valuers and solicitors were instructed.

After a few hurdles, the due diligence was approved, and the legal documentation was executed, we were ready to go.

After a manic few days, the loan was completed in record time and the borrower secured their new BTL in Manchester. The broker was very pleased with how quickly we were able to work on the case:
