Decision in principle within 24 hours
Our easy 4-page application form contains all of the information that we require upfront for a decision in principle. Once completed and returned to us, we take the case to our credit Committee and can have term issued within the next working day.
Flexible lending criteria
We understand that every case is unique, that’s why we don’t operate using a tick-box approach, instead, our flexible lending criteria allows us to consider each case on its merits.
No % early repayment charges (ERC)
We are happy for borrowers to repay the loan at any point during the loan term, and unlike many mainstream lenders, we don’t have any percentage ERCs, simply a flat £950 admin fee.
