Eligibility Criteria
We are a specialist lender to non-UK residential individuals, companies and trusts.
We are proud of our flexible approach. We have no set maximum age restrictions; no specific employment, income nor asset requirements. All applications are considered on their merits.
Property Types
As experienced mortgage providers, we lend against quality UK residential property and review each individual application on its merits. Our senior team and credit committee take time to carefully consider each proposal we receive.
While all situations are considered, we prefer to lend against:
- Completed residential property
- Located in major towns and cities in the British Isles
- Good quality property in a decent state of repair
Our Fees
Our mortgages for non-UK residents start at 4.25% over Bank of England Base Rate with arrangement fees from 1.5%.
Application and related fees will be set dependent on both the borrower and the subject property. These fees are payable in advance.
Borrowers can benefit from a choice of paying interest in advance monthly or quarterly. All payments must be paid from a non-UK bank account.
An annual review fee of £500 is payable by all borrowers during the term of their mortgage.
Finally, there are no early repayment charges (ERCs) associated with our mortgages. Instead, we charge a £950 fee for each and every capital repayment.
