Criteria:
A maximum term of 11 months is available to UK resident individuals, trusts and companies, and with our ‘no tick-box’ approach we’re happy to consider a whole range of unique circumstances.
We understand the need for quick decisions, and pride ourselves on our speed of service. Once an application has been submitted to us in full, we can provide a decision in principle within the next working day, saving precious days and even weeks that it might take for a mainstream lender to process an application. From there, as soon as fees have been paid, we instruct the valuers and solicitors, and whilst our counterparties are working away, we review the due diligence.
Rates & fees
The RAW Bridge offers competitive rates, working out at just 0.40%pcm.
An arrangement fee of 2.5% (with a minimum of £2,000) of the loan amount will be payable by the borrower, of which 2% will be paid to the introducer as a procurement fee.
