Harry Burrett promoted to Head of Intermediary Sales
Since joining RAW at the end of 2023, Harry Burrett has been a driving force in building strong broker relationships and making sure our unique mortgage proposition is clearly understood in the market. His leadership and energy have been pivotal in helping RAW navigate an evolving mortgage landscape. Furthermore, his ability to make every interaction matter has helped strengthen trust with intermediaries and colleagues alike, and we’re delighted to announce his promotion to Head of Intermediary Sales. In this role, Harry will lead our intermediary sales function, ensuring brokers and investors continue to benefit from our agile, client-focused approach.

Harry Downer promoted to Business Development Executive
Joining us shortly after, in early 2024, Harry Downer quickly demonstrated the curiosity, adaptability, and professionalism we look for at RAW. He has thrived under Harry B’s mentorship, making an immediate impact by cultivating new connections across mortgage clubs and networks. His promotion to Business Development Executive reflects his determination to consistently outperform expectations and his readiness to take on responsibility for managing his own intermediary relationships, delivering meaningful results for partners.
