Thomas joined RAW Capital Partners in 2026 as an Investor Relations Associate. Working closely with the senior management team, he supports the firm’s investor relationship management and contributes to the development of new and existing investor partnerships.
He brings experience across capital markets and investor engagement. Prior to joining the firm, Thomas worked in fundraising for private market strategies at a European placement agent and supported fixed income sales and trading teams on a range of transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked on a multi‑asset desk, conducting cross‑asset research and developing a strong interest in data analysis and financial modelling. Thomas studied Industrial Economics with Insurance at university and is currently studying for the Investment Management Certificate.
Outside of work, Thomas is a keen sportsman, having captained England Hockey at both Under‑18 and Under‑16 level. He also enjoys playing golf, padel and tennis.
