Andrew is an experienced corporate lawyer, fiduciary and family office professional. He was called to the English Bar in 1999 before subsequently qualifying as an English Solicitor and a Guernsey Advocate. He trained with Andersen Legal in London before going on to practice with international law firm, Hogan Lovells. Andrew went onto to become a Partner of Mourant Ozannes before moving into the fiduciary sector where he became a director and shareholder of Trust Corporation International. Following the sale of that business, Andrew now acts as an independent director and consultant to a number of financial services businesses.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills. He is a member of the Inner Temple, the Law Society of England and Wales and the Guernsey Bar.
Andrew is a member of the board of the Investment Manager and a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee.
