Mr McKnoulty was appointed to the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chairman on 14 September 2001.
Mr McKnoulty holds qualifications in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, with Honours, from the University of Queensland (Australia) and is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Mr McKnoulty is a senior partner of McCullough Robertson Solicitors, and a specialist in tax advice, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions. He has over 25 years legal experience and advises a diverse range of Australian and International clients.
Mr McKnoulty is the former Chairman of the Taxation Institute of Australia (Queensland Division) and a member of the Law Council of Australia's Taxation Committee.
Mr Wong develops and oversees the strategic direction and growth of Raw Capital Partners. Mr Wong was appointed Non-Executive Director on 24th December 2001 and was appointed Managing Director on 23 January 2002. Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland (Australia).
His experience is varied and extensive in the areas of business expertise and strategy. Mr Wong has broad management experience in Asia-Pacific and has wide regional connections.
Mr Wong was formerly the Managing Director of Optima ICM Limited ("Optima"), a listed company on the ASX. Mr Wong previously served on the Optima Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director and advisor. He is a former senior executive of KPMG Private Equity Operations and CEO of Acer Computer Australia Limited.

Mr Chan's experience and contacts are of considerable benefit to the Company in its planned expansion into Asian markets. Mr Chan was appointed to the Board on 29 November 2002 as Non-Executive Director.
Mr Chan holds qualifications in Bachelor of Law from the University of Southampton (England), Law Society Qualifying Examinations Part II from the College of Law Guildford (England), Diploma of China Law from the University of East Asia (Macau) and a solicitor of Hong Kong, England and Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Singapore. Mr Chan is an appointed Attesting Officer of the Minister of Justice of the People's Republic of China and a Notary Public. He is the President of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International in China, Vice President of China Straits Triplace Experts and Entrepreneur Association and Honorary Dean of China International Consulting and Industry Research Institute. He's also Vice President of Shenzhen Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurs Association.
Mr Chan in on the Boards of a variety of companies which have active business interests in Hong Kong and the United States. He is also a partner of the Hong Kong law firm Liau, Ho & Chan, which is in association with San Francisco-based Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley.
Ms Wong was appointed Company Secretary (replacing former Company Secretary, Mr McCartney) on 9th March 2005.
Ms Wong joined Raw Capital Partners in July 2002 and holds the position of Commercial Manager which oversees Shared Services in RCA and coordinates company wide implementation of RCA’s strategic initiatives.
Ms Wong is a Chartered Accountant (The Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia) with qualifications in Bachelor of Information Technology and Master of Professional Accounting – Finance major from the University of Queensland (Australia).
Prior to Raw Capital Partners, Ms Wong worked in Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
